As part of their creative process, SpookySocks83 made use of both their own island home and the houses of their Animal Crossing: New Horizons villagers. Following the game's 2.0 update in November 2021, which introduced the ability to customize villager homes after completing the Happy Home Paradise DLC storyline, players have more flexibility in designing spaces.
